What to include

To help us understand your question or incident, include the relevant details:

• Your integration and the affected restaurant.
• What you expected, what happened and the operational impact.
• When it happened, including the timezone.
• API version or SDK/POS versions, as applicable.
• The endpoint or SDK action, relevant object IDs and any HTTP status or error response.
• A redacted request, log or screenshot, plus reproduction steps if available.

Do not include API keys, signing secrets, credentials or unnecessary customer data.
